By: Mayor Ed Boyle <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO VARIOUS <br />AGREEMENTS WITH ANGELO AND DENISE PAPOTTO, JR.; <br />IDA JUHASZ; DOMINIC AND ANGELA PISHNERY; AND <br />ALAN R. AND PAULINE KASERMAN, TO PURCHASE <br />AND/OR TO EXCHANGE PROPERTY, ALL IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE IMPROVEMENT OF MILL ROAD, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, in order to reconstruct Mill Road it is necessary for the City of North <br />Olmsted to purchase and/or exchange property from various adjacent land owners; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to authorize the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into agreements to purchase and/or exchange various real properties for right-of-way <br />purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECT70N 1: That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted be and he hereby is authorized <br />to enter into contacts to purchase and/or exchange real property on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted with Angelo and Denise Papotto, Jr. ; Ida Juhasz; Dominic and Angela Pishnery; and <br />Alan R. and Pauline Kaserman, respectively, in substantially the same forms as are attached as <br />Exhibits "A" through "D" hereto. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to purchase and/or exchange real property for the <br />aforementioned property owners for right-of-way purposes so that the Mill Road improvement <br />project can proceed according to its established time table, and further provided that it receives <br />an affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED 3 99 L <br />ATTEST: / <br />ZA SEMAN, <br />OF COUNC: <br />o)s "4 <br />AMES BOEHMER <br />PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL
