AWW <br />Ordinance 96-102 <br />page 4 <br />(8) Sheet metal components, heating and ventilation ductwork, gutters and <br />downspouts; and <br />(9) Plumbing supplies. <br />(d) Nonmetal Production. Nonmetal production includes: <br />(1) Clothing, garment manufacturing and other textile products; <br />(2) Pharmaceutical products; <br />(3) Manufacture and fabrication of plastic products, extrusion, <br />moulding and fabrication of panels, sheets, tubes and rods; and <br />(4) Ceramics, pottery, dishware, figurines and tile from clay and the <br />enameling of pottery ware or metals. <br />(e) . ervi c, Sales and Storage . ablichmentc, Services, sales and storage <br />establishments are limited to: <br />(1) Cleaning, dyeing and dry cleaning establishments and carpet <br />cleaning; <br />(2) Repair of household appliances and goods produced by manufacturing <br />and assembly processes permitted above; <br />(3) Food, confection and drug preparation; <br />(4) Bottling plants and creameries; <br />(5) Cold storage and food locker plants; <br />(6) Household and maintenance services, dry cleaning and laundry, <br />dyeing, rug cleaning, janitorial and maintenance services; <br />(7) Parcel delivery establishments; <br />(8) Monument works; and <br />(9) Bulk storage or warehouses for such materials as building materials, <br />contractors' equipment, cotton, wool, fabrics, feed, furniture, <br />machinery, materials other than scrap or junk, paint, pipe, rubber, <br />shop or store supplies provided there shall be no storage of discarded <br />or salvage articles or of any materials outside of buildings. <br />(10) Public storage establishments. <br />(f) Similar Uses. Any Limited Industry--Industrial Park District use not listed above <br />may be permitted upon approval of the Planning Commission provided that: <br />(1) An interpretation that the proposed use is similar to the permitted <br />use has first been obtained by the Board of Zoning Appeals; <br />(2) Such use is not listed in any other classification of permitted use <br />buildings or uses, and is more appropriate to and conforms more <br />closely to the basic characteristics of Limited Industry--Industrial <br />Park District uses than to any other classification; and
