?,. <br />page 3 of 3 <br />Ordinance No. 96-101 <br />SECTIDN 2: That any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with or in conflict <br />with this Ordinance be, to the extent of any such inconsistency or conflict, and hereby are <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to enact this legislation in order to provide for <br />more professional and incisive reviews of tax abatement requests and for the payment for such <br />reviews from the applicant, and further provided that it receives an affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of a11 members of Council, it sha11 take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed: <br />Attest: <br />ARBARA L.
