.^ <br />N <br /> <br />By: Councilman O' Grady <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 96-100 <br />1-t <br />7 <br />!a ?CD4 q 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1139.06 OF THE <br />NORTH OLMSTED ZONING CODE, ENTITLED "LOT AREA <br />AND WIDTH" OF CHAPTER 1139 ENTITLED "BUSINESS <br />DISTRICTS ". <br />WHEREAS, this Council has recently reviewed Section 1139.06 of the Zoning Code with <br />respect to the adequate regulation of hotels and motels as they relate to extended stay facilities <br />with ameniries such as cooking faciliries; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council does believe that there is a need in the City for facilities that will <br />accommodate business persons and families who require more than the typical moteUhotel room <br />because of either the number of guests or the length of stay; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council believes that it is in the best interest of the health, safety and <br />welfare of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted to make the aforesaid modifications, and <br />WHEREAS, after careful consideration, the Planning Commission of the City of North <br />Olmsted, on the day of , 1996, recommended approval of the proposed <br />amendment to Section 1139.06 of the Zoning Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 1139.06 which cunently reads: <br />1139.06 LOT AREA AND WIDTH. <br />In Business Districts, buildings and land shall be used, and buildings shall be designed, <br />erected, altered, moved or maintained, in whole or in part, only in accordance with the following <br />minimum requirements. <br />Main Use <br />Dwelling District <br />All Lot A? <br />In accordance with Lot Width (,feetl <br />In accordance with <br /> adjacent Residential adjacent Residential <br /> District District <br />All uses General Retail 40,000 square feet 150 <br /> Business <br />Automotive Motorist Service 1 acre 200 <br />facilities
