, ?. • . <br /> ? <br /> . ? <br />City of North Olmsted Ordinance 96- 95 <br />page 2 - <br />PASSED: <br />ATIEST.• <br />L <br />? <br />SEC.TION 2• That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason that the summer park season is about to begin and the City must immediately <br />authorize the Mayor to enter into this Agreement so that park concession services will be available <br />to the public this summer, and, provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />BARBARA L.
