1011,. <br />Ciry of North Olmsted Ordinance No. 96 92 <br />page 2 <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute a <br />deed on behalf of the City of North Olmsted to said property and to further do all things <br />necessary and proper to consummating the sale in accordance with the agreement which is <br />attached as aforesaid. <br />SECTION 3: That a condition of the sale of said Fire Station No. 1 be that the owner <br />renovate the property in accordance with the schematic drawing attached to this Ordinance, made <br />a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "B. " <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary to consummate the sale of Fire Station No. 1 to terminate the <br />expenses associated with maintaining Fire Station No. 1 and to maximize the dollars which may <br />be paid into the City trea.sury, and provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: S" <br />\ 13,,-4? <br />BARBARA L.
