VIOLATIONS AND PF:PIALTIES Any person who shall be found in violation of Section 2 or Section 25 of this ordinance sh?1.I be dee?ued guilty of misdemeanor snd shall be fined not less than $ ?,e4 nor more than $ D, 0?00 Any person who hba11 be gound in violation of any provision of this ordinance other than Sections 2 and 25 shall be served by the City, in respect of a vio- lation of Section 4 hereof with the natice therein provided, and in respect of other violations with written notiee stating the nature af the violation and prav3ding a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correctiorz thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such noti,ce, permmentl,y cease and desist from a11 such violationss. Any person who shal.l eontinue any violation beyond the time lim3.t specified 'Wha11 be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $'f"o - 0 f? for each violat3on, and each clqy in which any such violation shall cantinue shall bs deemed a separste offense. The i.mposition of any penalty herein provided shall not exempt the offender from liability to the City of Noxth 01,msted for all expense, lasa or damage occasioned to the City and its property by reason of such violstion. SECTION 30. This ordina.nce is hereby declared to be ari emergeney measure in that the same provides for the immediste preservation of the public peace, heatth and saf"ety of the City and for the furt.tier reaaon that the sewer regu7.ations herein imposed are essential to the proper opera,tion of the municipslity's sewerage system and the preservation of the health of the City and its i.nhabitants; WERFM'CRE, this ordinance sha11 take effeet and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
