NOW., TIigtEFCRE., BE IT ORvAINED by the Council of the Gity of North Olmsted, State of Ciios Section l: That Section 1 of f]rdinance 2930 enacted October 20, 1959, bei.ng an Crdinance Amsnding 3ection 1 of trdinance 2585 enacted Aiavsmber 6, 1957 amendi.rig Section 1 of Qrdinance 2194 enacted August lb, 1955, entit]sd., "Azl Grdi- nance Firing ths Compensation and Vacation Periods of the Bus Drivers oy the North 0].msted Municipal Bus Li.ne and Froviding for the Compensation of Fmpl.ayees of the Municipal Bus Garage and Certain Other Employees cf the Mwaicipal Bus Line beginn3ng September 1 195511, as Amended by f?rdinance 2376 enacted C?etober lb, 1956, and Ordinance Z23 enacted Janu.ary l, 1957, reading as followss "Section 1: That on and after Noivember lst, 1959, the compensation of the regular and extra bus drivers of tne North Olmst.ed Municipal Coach Li.ne sha11 be as f ollows t Any person eVloyed as a bus driver w3.th no previous experisnce or insufficient prior experience as an operator of a public passenger bus shall serve an apprentice period of one ynar. During his apprenticeahip.$ such driver shall be paid dur3.ng tahe first three months of apprenticeship $2.02 per hour; duri.ng the second three month period of apprenticeship he shall receive 32.07 per hour; during the thfrd three mpath period of such apprenticeship he shall reaeive $2.12 per hour; and for the final three-conth period of apprenticeship he shall receive 32.17 per hour. Having compl.eted the apprenticaship, such driver shall then receive pay at the rate of $2.22 per hour; and all other operators of the North Qlmeted Municipal Coach Line snall receive $2.22 per hoUr&rv be amended to read as followst That beginninv October 15.. 1960, the compensation of tha regular and extra bus drivers of the Narth 03msted Municipal Coach Line shall be as followsz. Any person employed as a bus driver with no prav;yous experience or insufficient pr3.or experience as an operator of a public passenger bus sha11 'x4A serve an apprentice period of one year. During his apprenticeship., such driver shall be paid during the first three months of apprenticeship $2.08 per hour; dlaring the second three raonth period of apprenticeship he sha7.7. receive $2.13 per hour; during the third three month pariod of such apprenticeship he shall receive $2.18 per hour; and for the f3.nal three-nonth period of apprenticeship he shall receive $2.23 per hotzr. Having coznpleted the apprenticeship., such driver shall then rsceive pay at tdie rate of $2.28 per hour; 8.nd all other aperators of the North Olmsted Municipal Coach Line shail receive $2.28 per hour.
