WH&'Uea, the Planni.rng Commission and Cauncil ha.we heretofore reviewed <br />the plans and specificatians for the constraetioa of a comfort sta-tion in North <br />4lmgted I+$inicipal Park and found the same to be satisfactory, and f'lxrther fauYtd <br />the need for such camfort station to be urgently required, <br />NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFD by the CcunciZ of the City of North <br />Qlmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Serviee is hereby authorized <br />to advertise for bids for the flirnishing of labor and material for the constructicart <br />of a comfort station in Narth Olmsted Municipal Park in accordance with planB and <br />specifications vn file in said Service Director's office. <br />Section 2: 'Phat thi.s resolution is hereby declaxed to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and general welfaxe of the City of North Olmsted, and sueh emergency exi.sts <br />by virttze of the necessity of making immediately available to the users of North <br />Olmsted Park an adequate and aanitary comfort station. <br />Seetion 3: Wherefo-re, this resolution shall take immediate effect from <br />and after its passage, oth.erw:ise, at the earliest period allowed by 1aw. <br />passea: 1._. _-c_ <br />? ?- <br />?TEST: ? <br />Zauise Hall, Clerk of Cauneil <br />Paul J.
