<br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the general pifolic, safety and
<br />welfare af the city of North Olmsted, and such er$ergency exists by virtue of the
<br />necessity of adjusting the over all payroll increa,ses to be applicable to all
<br />appointed officia3.s of the city.
<br />Section 3: Wherefore, this ordinance ahail take i.mmediate effect from and
<br />after its paasage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law.
