SUBDIVISIUN F'OR REi;Ur?.DING <br />PURPCISIS ONLY, AND llECLARING AN LZMG1!1iCY. <br />WIiERFIASs the T'lanning Commission of the city has reported its acceptance <br />of the proposed plat of Ehgoglia Subdivision for the development of the subdivision <br />showing thereon certai.n designated lands for street puxposes, and <br />WHIIEAS, Council, upon review of said plat, finds that said plat meets <br />with all of the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of this city for <br />recording purposest <br />NOWp TH?(?PLZ, BE IT i?ESOLVED by the C;ouncil of the City of North Qlmsterz, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the plat of' Engoglia Subdivision be and the same is he-reby <br />accepted and approved for recording purposes only. <br />Section 2s That the cieveloper of L?ngoglia Subdivision is hereby directed <br />to prepare and submit for approva,l improvement plans for said subdivision as recuired <br />by the ordinances and resolutions of this city, with particular reference to thase <br />axeas shown thereon as proposed streets within said subdivision and any am.d a1.1 <br />easements imposed upon said lands within said subdivision by the developer which <br />control or affect the transfer of ar?y lots by the developer within said proposed <br />subdivision, so that said proposed easements may be reviewed and approved. <br />Section 3: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />rneasure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and general welfare of the city, and such emergency exists by virtue of the <br />necessity of permitting the developer to proceed with the preparation of plans f'or <br />the necessary improvements to be installed within said subdivision in accordance <br />with the orda.nances and resolutions of this city, thereby permittin.g the comp2etion <br />of the proposed development of the lands oF said developer at the earliest possible <br />time. <br />Section 41 lrlherefore, this resolution shall take immediate effect from ?.?id <br />a.fter its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />? <br />Passed: <br />( <br />ATTr.iT: ' <br />, Clerk of Counc <br />APPRQV2D: r <br />f <br />&Uterll <br />Paul J.
