Said chips shall be sold, ten chips <br />for eighty cents (80¢) and each chip shall be good for a one-way ride to or from <br />school on.ly within the combined eorporate limits of the City of North C}lmsted and <br />the City of Fairview Park. <br />Elementary an.d high school students attending school in the city of <br />Cleveland sha.ll ride at the cash fares herei.nafter set forth, but must obtai.n <br />special tickets to do so, purchased only at the Ttznicipal Bu.s Li.ne Office, North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, for uae on school days only, whic:h tickets shall not be accepted <br />after 4:45 P.M. westbound and 4:45 P.I:. eastbound. <br />ZONES A& B: 10 Tickets for $2.25 to Cleveland <br />10 Tickets for 31.50 to Kamms Corners <br />ZONE C: 10 Tickets for $2.00 to Cleveland <br />10 Tickets for $1.25 to Kamms Cozxi.ers <br />Section 8: That Ordinance 2375, enacted October 16, 1956, and all other <br />ordinances conflicting herewith, are hereby repealed. <br />Section 9: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an eznergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public hea.lth, safety, <br />peace and general welf'are of the City of North Glmsted, and such emergency exists <br />by virtue of the necessity of the City of North Glmsted ancl the City of Fairview <br />Park negotiating a new franchise agreeuient,wherein the officials of said cities <br />have determined and agreed to a fare adjustment to be effective June 27, 1960, as <br />necessary for the preservation and continuation of public transportation for the <br />areas presently being served by the North Ulmsted Ifunicipal Hus Line.
