N(jjr1?? oLMSiED <br />REsOLUTIoN No. ,3'_r.>,_-?'l <br />1 <br />, ? <br />BY ? i? <br />? ?' <br />r <br />RESOLUTION ACCEFTING THE PLAT OF CANDELTTE SUBDIVISION FOR <br />RECCRDING PURPOSES ONLY. <br />WHEREAS, Council has reviewed the proposed plat of Candelite <br />Subdivision and the recommendations concerning said Subdivision made by <br />the City Planning Commissionp find that said proposed Candel.ite &-dbdivision <br />is aeceptable far recording purposes only, however, beivsgconditioned that <br />before being recorded that the sugges+.,ed conditions made by the Cityts <br />Planning Commission be first complied with and all documents necessary for <br />the completion and satisfaetion of said conditions be deposited wit,h the <br />City and that the form of said documents meet with the approval of the <br />Solicitor of said City, <br />Saa.d conditiorls recommended by the Planning Corrni.ssion and which <br />ara acceptable to Council,, are as f.ollows: <br />l. That Mr. Harris deed his portion of 25 feet of Hawkins Avenue <br />to the CiV of North Olmsted., and reimburse the developer nf <br />the Candel3te Subdivision his proportionate share of thp paving <br />costs af proposed Hawkins Avexiue. <br />2• That the developsr of the Candelite Subdivision deed to the <br />City of Nnrt.': O1mstQd the block referred to as B1ock A, lat <br />size 96 x 114 feet, t.r be used by the City of North Qlrnsted <br />at its discretion. <br />3. If th,e developer of Candelite Subdivision puts in all of t:hs <br />irnprovesnents of Hawka.ns Averiue, Mr. Leroy Harris., his nsirs <br />or assignsj, must pay back to the City of Narth Olmsted their <br />proportionate share of the part of Hawkins Avenue that has besn <br />developed by the Candelite Subdivision before they can gain <br />access to this a.rea. If tnis provision is agreeable, the C:i.ty <br />of North O1msted will withdraw provision No, 2. <br />4.
