I)ECL@KING AN IDMGEKCY. <br />WHkiFt4AS, Council has heretofore eua,cted legi$lation assessin,g the owners of <br />real property in the City for the cost of eugineering servicea rendered the City 3n <br />the preparatiom of the plans and specit'ications for the installation of a sanitary <br />sewerage syst aon and plant, and. <br />WHkRk;Abj Couneil has heretofore determined it fea,sible and eq=-table that <br />the property oWners of eaid City have an opportunity of making cash payment ot' sai.d <br />eati.ffiated assessment far said costss within th3rty-eight days of the onnactment of said <br />assessixig orciisiance passed May 4, 1960, and <br />WHWAW, uUuncil deems it necessary, to faeilitate and e3rpedite the handling <br />of said cash payments and the issuance of said receipts therefor, tha.t the office of <br />the Treasurer be available to the public during certain hourss eaeh weekday which wauld <br />be most suitable to the property owners, and as the Treasurer oamot be available <br />duri.ng said haqxrs, that an Assistant to the Treasurer be appointed and availabZe at <br />the City Hall to aceept said cash paymarits comtneneing May 14 through dune Zl, 1964, <br />em Tuescia,ys through Fridsys from 12:00 Dioon to 5:00 P. M. and froffi 6e00 P.K. to <br />9s00 P.M. and an Saturdaya from 9s00 A.M. to 12s00 Noari aad from 1:00 P.M. to 6s00 P.M. <br />during said period of ti.me, and that for such serviQea aa Assistant Treasurer, Cauncil <br />deema it fair and reaaonable that carnpensation therefor be at the rate of Two Dollars <br />($2.00) per hana.r for the hours and days ae hereinabove deaigna,ted, <br />N4W9 THEREFORL, BE IT ORDAINkM by the Council of the City of 1Vorth Olmsted, <br />State of Qhio: <br />Secticui 1 s Tha.t Cauncil hereby creates the office of Assistant'!'r4astrex <br />for the sole purpose of being available at the City Hall for the purpose of accegting <br />cash paymente by property owners of said City of the estimated aseessment heretofore <br />established for the cost to the City of engineering services in the preparatiflm? of <br />deta,i.led plans and specificatiaria £or the installment of a eanitarg sewerage syatem <br />and plant, which htnxre for said 8ssistant to the Treasvrer are hereby fixed as from <br />the period of May 14 through June 11, 1960, inclusive, and daa.ri.ng sai.d period to have <br />eaid office open to the public an Tuesdays thrc7ugh Fridays from 12s00 Nocm to 5sO0 P.M. <br />and frm 6 s 00 P.M. to 9 s 00 P.M. arid on Saturdays frm 9 s 00 A.M. to 12:00 Moon and from <br />1s00 P.M. to 6s00 P.M. during said period of time heretofore referred to.
