WBsRW, parsu.ant to Ordinance No. 2992, Passed Febrwary 16, 19609 the consulting engiaeere for the Gity prepared aud fi1ed with the Clerk of Ccuneil on Ag,r?.l 8i , 1960 a list of tentative assessmenta designed to provide an est3.mated su?? of E1363E4E to pay additicnlal costs preliminary to the con- struati<m of a m?unicipal sewexage system for the City, notice of which filing and of heaxing therem has beezt du].y published as required by Section 727.311 of the Revised Code of Ohia, and WSERFAS, on Madv 4 , 1964, a hearing upm said assessments wa,s held by this Ccunei1 at which Qomplaints and objections of a21 psoperty ownera appearing thereat were heard, carisidered and overruled, NOW, THEftEFDBEt BE IT ORDAINkM by the Cauncil of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section lz That the detailed assesament prepared as hereinbefore reeited to provide the sum deemed neeessary to pay the additicraal costs of general and detailed plans, apecifications, est3.mates of aoet, preparatim of tentatiPe assessmeats and the cost of fi.naneing and legal serviees ineideb.tal to the preparation of said plans and of a plan of financing the propcsed construction of a sewer$ge ayatemt for the City ae descri.bed ia Ordinance No. 2992 determining the necessity thereof, whiah detai2ed assesemeat amvuats in the ag8regate to $1-36i?h.,1L6 and is evidenced by the liet of assessments filed as hereiabefore recited and therea:fter considered and approved by this Council, be and the sane is hereby adopted and aorzfiraed; and t}a,at there be and are hereby levied and asaessed upon the lots and lands listed iu ssid detailed assessnent list and comprieed of all lots and landa lying within the preeercit corporate bcyundasiee of the City of North fllmetedt the several amounts reported in said detailed asaesement, which assessments and the description of saa.d lots aad lands are now on file in the offioe of the Clerk of Council, are levied ia aeoordmce with tax valuatiox? and are in proportioa to the apeaial benefits derived and axe not in egcess of any statutory limitation. Seetioa 2: That subject to the provision hereinafter made for payment in cash, the assessment against eaeh suah lot or parcel of land sha.]..1 be payable in twenty annual installments with interest at the same rate as shsll be borne by the bonds to be iesued in anticipaticn cf the collection of the same and shall be certified by the Clerk of Counci1 to the Cvnnty Auditor as provi.ded by 1aw to be placed by him cm the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected. Seation 3: That Cauncil hereby determines that all ownera of property as$essed hereunder and also under (?rd3.nance ho. 2668, shall be afforded the opportunity for a period of ,38 _ days from da'te af paaaage thereof to pay in cash the asseaemente levied under either or both of ss3.d ordinances, such paymente to be made to the Treasure or Deputy Treasurer of the City, and to be credited accordingly upon the respective asaessment lists as certified to the Ccun.ty Auditor.
