BE IT REiSOLVED by the City Plan.ni.ng Com.mission of the City of North Ql*nsted., Gu;yahoga Co•antyp Ohios Section l. This Commission determines ta cooperate with the County Commissioner of Cuyahoga County1 Ohiop and the city planning comn.issions of all such municipalities located 3.n sai.d county as map from tim;e to time similar7y cooperate$ in the creation and maintenance of a Regional Pla.nnixig Commission, c>n tho followi.ng terras; I REGIQN The region for which the Regional Planning Gommi.ssion sha11 ba created anci ma,intai.ned (hareinafter referred to as the "R.egion't ) is a11 of Cvyah oga County exclusive of any territory within t,he Li.mi.te of arr?r municipa7.i.ty not havin; a city planni.ng commission. Upon establishment of a city planni.ng comrnission in arxy such named munici- pal.ities., the territory of said mu,ni.cipality snall become part of the Region. T'f 11MIIRSHIl' OF THE CWISSIQN 'rhe Regional Planning Comnission shall consist of the following members: (a) The members of -the Boaxd of County Commissianers of Cuyanoga Co-anty., the Connty Engineer of Cuyahoga County? and the pPrson servin; as the ?ounty Adrninis- trativs Officer$, each of whom shall serve during his tenure of office. (b) A representative of each of the muniaipul corporations coogerating in the maintenancQ of said Regional Planning Corruni.ssionp -which representative sha.Lt be designated by the muni.cipality in such rnanner and for such term as such mun3.cipality m2y elect; 9xcept that the Citv of Cleveland shall be entitled to two representatives. Such members shall hereafter be referred to as nPlunicipal Membars". Eaoh municipal corporation cooperating in the maintenance of said Regional Plaxulirg Corimu.ssion shall also designate an alternate muni.cipal member,, wr.o siia7l hsreaftsr be reforred to as '+Alternate Municipal riemborstf. The Alternats Municipal. Member shall renresent the muni.cipality in the event the regular Piunicipal iKember is absent from any meeting of the Regional Plannirg Commnission. Tn case of such absenee the Alternate lt.u?.i.cipal Member shall have tlze ri;hts and urivileges of the 14vnicipal Member. (c) Five citizens of Cuyanoga County designated by the Board of Gounty Commissioners for a term of five years each., commen.cing on January l.st. Such membars shall hereafter be referred to as t'Citizen :4embers1l. (d) Axy vacancy occuring among the Muni.cipal or Citizen 14embers sl-iall be filled for the unexpired te?^m i.n the same manner in which the said mernber was originally designated or chosan.
