NQW, `1'HEREF1tRE, BE IT ORDAIlVET by tne Council of the uity of North UlmsTed, State of Ohio: Section l: 1'nat Section 1 of Urdinanee ."to. 2883, enacted Juiy 7, 1959: reauing as fallows: "Section l: That it is hereby declared necessary to issue bonds of the City of INTarth Olmsted in the principal sum of $205,700.00 for the purpose of raising money in anticipation of the collection af special s,ssessments for the iraprovement of said city by the construction of a sewa,ge collection system and sewa,ge treatment p1G.nt for said city." be amended to read as follows: Section 1: That it is hereby declared necessary to J_ssue bonds of the City of North Olmsted in the principal sum of J205,700.00 for the purpose of paying the cost of general and detailed plans, specifications, estimates of cost, preparation of tentative assessments and the cost oi financin.g and legal services incident to the preparation of such plans and o= a plan of financing for construction of a system of sewerage and sewage treatment plant for the City of I3orth Olzasted in the nianner provided in Ordinance No. 2613, passed December jU, 1957, w'nich bonds shall be issu.ed in anticipation of the collection of the prelimi.nary assessi:_ent i'or such purpose heretofore levied.
