I'URPOSES. <br />WFiMI+'A5, Zehman-Wolf & Sherrna,n. t;onstruction Company, by and through its <br />attorney, Gilbert lLinchen, has at the reriuest of the City of No-rth Olmsted uiade <br />certain plans for the development of the property of 2jehman.-Wolf by providing <br />suitable storm sewer lines, and <br />14HERE , to so T;resent to the city a suita,ble staz-m setaer line, it <br />became necessary to obtain an ea,s-ement thraugh the lands of Helen Jacobs for <br />the installation of said storm sewer for th.e benefit of th.e City of %aorth Ulmsted <br />and other property oi-mers in the area, <br />NOW, TH12ZE RE, BE I`i rIMLiTLD by the Council o-j" the City of 141orth Cilmsted, <br />State of Uhio: <br />Section 1: rha,t the city accepts the proposed easement as to the 1ocat:ion <br />of a proposed storm sewer and the terrns and conditions f'or the installation of the <br />storm sewer as contained in said proposed easement, being advised by the City 'ngineer <br />that said location of the pro;posed ea,sement is where it is, in his opinion, rnost <br />necessaxy to be located to serve more efficiently the area desired to be served by <br />said draina,ge system and more clirectly as to the property of one Helen Jacobs. <br />Section 2: That the 6ervice Director is directed, or behalf of said City <br />of Atorth Olmsted, to et.ecute said proposed easement accepting it on behalF of the <br />city for the -ourposes as therein indicated and L-i the location as -cherein proposed, <br />delivering it to sa,id Gilbert Yinchen, attorney :£or Lehrnan-Wo1f, i or execution by <br />one Helen Jacobs, and upon execution by her, instiuct said Gilbert Kinchen to 'hL,ve <br />the sme deposited for record, no t"ifying the city as to the date of said filing. <br />Section 3: w-iherefore, 'Uhis resolution shall ta.ke irrzediate e£fect irom <br />anci after its passage, othez•orise, at the earliest -oeriod allowed by laVr. <br />PASSw.U: <br />-, <br />AT'I'BST : <br />__.. , <br />E.
