<br />PJorth Olmsted that the Villa,ge of Parkview is desi.rous of negotiating trith the city
<br />as to the feasibility of and cc,st to the Village of Farkview in becoming aDart o:E'

<br />Vi:?lage uri.th our city sanitary sewer system if suitable terms can be mutually agreed f;o,

<br />negotiate with the public oificials of the Village of Y-.xkview to arrive at a satisiactary
<br />arrangement for the ?aarticipation of Far1_view Villa,ge in our sanitary :;ewer system.
<br />Section 2: That this i esolution is hereby decla-red to be an emergency measuz=e
<br />necessary for the irnmediate preservation o-" the pubiic health, saiety and welfare of thi.:
<br />city, and such emergency exists by virtue of the irnmediate plans of -this city to proceed
