"iRasolution Accepting the P1at Plan of 0lsnsted ColoYry Subdivision <br />#2 for Asplin Drive and Cypru.s Drive and Approving the Improvement Plans there- <br />for., and Declaring an Emergency" an.d reading as follows: <br />"Section l: 'lnat the Plat PZan of O].mst,ed ColorXy Subdivision #2 f'or <br />Asplin Urive and Cyprus Drive., bQ a.nd the same is hereby accepted :for recording <br />purPoses or1y. 11 <br />be amended as f o11cws : <br />Section 1: `i'hat the Plat Pl.an of Olmsted Colony- Subdivision #2 for <br />Aspen 7h'ive and Cypress Drive re.fZecting the appraval by tkiis Council of the Rs- <br />Subdivision of said Olmsted Colony Subdivision #2 as refl.ected by the Plat Plan <br />indicating said Fe-Subdivisian.,and approva.ng said Re-Subdivision Flat Plan for <br />recarding purposes onlv. <br />Section 2: Tn.e Improvement Plans heretofore approved under and by <br />virtue of Resolution 2775 for Ollmsted Colony Subdivision #2,1 remain in fuZl <br />force and effect. <br />Section 3: mhis resol.ution is hereby declared to be an en.ergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peacej, healtho safety and <br />welfare of the Cit,y of North 07sasted,, and such emergency exiats by virtue of <br />the necessity of cooperati.ng with the develo-ner in permitting him to proceed <br />expeditiously in the construction of homes now under contract on the sublots <br />effected by the Re-Subdivision of Qlmsted Calonyy Subdivi.sion #2, referred ta <br />in Section 7. theraof. <br />Section 4: T*Tnereforej this resalution shall take immediate effect <br />from and after its nassage, otherwise$ at the earliest Deriod allawed by 1,aw. <br />Passedi eh- "/ I <br />? <br />ATTEST: , <br />? <br />E lI.
