Bus Line shall ue as follows: ,Any person emplovred as a bus driver, wla.o has had no previoizs expQrience or not sufficient previous experience,, sha1.1 serve as apprentice for a period of one year. D-uring -the first three months of said apprentice period he sha11 receive $1.91 per hour; duri.rg tne second tlzree months of said apprentice period he shall receive $1.96 per hour; during the tY:ixd three months of said apprentice period he sh.aL1 receive w2.01 per hour; and durin, the last three months of said anbrentice period, he shall recei.vQ $2.06 per hour; and therea.fter, ne sha7,l receive ??2.1I pex hour. A].I bus drzvers who have served their apprentice period shall receive $2.11 per hour." be amended to read as followst Section 1: '1'nat on and after Tdovember lst, 1959, the compensation of the regul.ar and extra bu,s drivers of the North fllinsted Municipal Coaeh Line sh.all be as follows: ' A.ny person employed as a bus driver w.ith no previous experience or ?- insuff3ciant prior experience as an operator of a public passeng8r bus shall serve an apprentice period of one year. During his apprenticeship., such driver shall be paid during the first three months of apprenticeship $2.02 per h.our; duri.ng the second tnree month perivd of apprenticeship he shall receive $2.07 per hour; during tho tnird three month per? od of such apprenticeship he shall receive $2.12 per izour; and for the final three month period of apgrenticeship he shall reveive $2.17 per hour. Having completed the appranticeship., such driver shall then receive pay at the rate of $2,22 per hour; and all other operators of the North Olm,tec3 Municipal Coach Zine shall receive q?2.22 per haur.
