-3- <br />Section 9. That for the purposes of this ordinance the terms "sanitary <br />sewage", "acceptable industrial wastes" and "non-acceptable industrial wastes" <br />sha11 be defined as follows: <br />"Sanitary sewage" is hereby defined as the waste from water closets, uri.nals, <br />lavatories, sinks, bath tubs, showers, household laundries, cellar floor drains, <br />bars, soda fountains, cuspidors; refrigerator drips and drinking fountains, and <br />any other water-borne waste not constituting an industrial waste. <br />"Accepta.b].e industrial wastes" axe herein defined as being liquid organic <br />waste materials not con-Gaining toxic or explosive elements or other substances <br />injuxious to sewers or sewage treatment processes, whieh result from any com- <br />mercial., ma.nufacturing or industrial operation or process. <br />"1Von-acceptable ind.ustrial wastes" are hereby defined as being liq,uid wastes <br />in which are incorporated mineral.s, oil, acid, toxic metallic or chemical sub- <br />stances, resulting from any commercial, manufacturing or industrial operation nr <br />process. <br />Section 10.
