S?ect3ons <br />b, c? d. and e of E?rdinance z41?5, more commonly referred to as ths Rules aad <br />ftegu.l.ations pertai .? to the installation of utilities ani 3mprnvements in <br />proposed new streets in proposed snbdivisians which amendmeat to such rtal.es <br />and regulations has been reeommnded by the Planning Comri.ssi.aa and ths Conm.i.ttse <br />of Council and which Comittee of Council has recommended suQh proposed ehsnge <br />to the Rules and Regul.ations governad by Ordinan.ce 2445. <br />P1OW, MEREFETRE., BE IT RESQLVED., by the Council of the City of <br />North fJ]msted., County of Ctyahoga,, and State of f)hi.os <br />Section 1: Tha Clerk of Covncil be authoriaed to advertisa for <br />public hearing the proposed amendments to Article 39 Sectiam 6.9 Subs+ect3.ons b., <br />es ds and e of Ord3.gaace 2445 and ()rdinance 2747,, wY:ich comnwnlq is referred to <br />as the Rules and Regulations goverri7ng the cmastrv.ction and irstallation af <br />uti.l.i.ties, pavemeat ancl sidewalk in proposed new streets in the Subdivis3.ons <br />within the Gity., and t?hat such publ3.c hearing wLll be Jm1e l6s 1959 at 800 <br />ofclock P.M. in th.e Covnci7. ChaFnbers of the eity Hall$ Dover Road$ North Q]msted,, <br />Qhio. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby dealared to be an <br />emergency measure nscessary for the imeda.ate preservation of the publia safety, <br />healt,h and welfare of -th.e City of ldorth Olm3tsds and such emergsney exi.sts by <br />virtue of the necessity of more adequately controLling the constxuction and <br />installation of the utilities., pavement and sidewalk in proposed new streets in <br />9ubdivisions within th3-s City,, and by virtue of the nscessity of having a public <br />hearing on such proposed nex changes as required by Sect3on 711.09 of R.
