<br />Seet3.on 1: That the CourLCil hereby anthor3.zea sgd dira8ts the
<br />DiTector of Public werviee ta enter into a contract with Haydea-Mi.l.ler & Co,,
<br />to act as Fiscal .Agent for the C3ty of H'orth 01mted 3n the psapased fi.nsiaaing
<br />of the Cityls San3.tary Sswar Bonds aad that the proposal ae amendei., constitute
<br />the Contract of SWloyment of Haydeg Mi1Zer & Co, as Fiseal Agent for the City
<br />of Nozth Olasted in the proposed finaucing in their 3ani.tary Sswer Bond Issue.,
<br />and that t,he amended praposal will constituts the contract of eMlcrqawt and
<br />tlze canditions wider which sai.d Fisca1 Agent will act at the described fee of
<br />Twenty-Four Thousand Dollara ($24,000.00) to be paid in the nLaxner thera3n
<br />described.
<br />Section 2: Wierefore., this Resolution is hereby daterffiined to be
<br />an emergenay measnre necessary for the imediate preservation of the public
<br />peaces healthp gafety and Walf'are Af the City of Narth Olusted, and such emergenay
<br />exists by virtus of the necess3.ty of obta3ning thia services oY a F3aECa1 Agent
<br />in the finrancing of the praposed Sanitary Sewer Bondy permitting the requir'ing
<br />of all assist,ance t'rm all govermaental agencies incl-dditag the Federal Gavern-
<br />ment'. State, County or 1lgencies thereof aa may be possible and that said pro-
<br />pased financir?g together vith all deta31ed planss which have beem papared and
<br />are availa,ble, be completed not later than dU,y Istj, 1959, fcrr the psrposes
<br />of effecting the assistance as aforesaid.
