Vinecourt has paid his assessments, together with accrued interest tnereon, levied against Permanent Parcel No. 236-3-26 on Fleharty Road in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, NQW, fiIiEREMRE, BE IT 01MAIN-i;D by the Council of the City of North Glmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cancel aIl future assessments beginning t•iith the yeax 1959 and continuing through the year 1962 inclusive, which have been certified and levied for the improvement of F'leharty Road by constructing therein a water ma,in. Section 2: 2'hat the Treasurer oz the City of North Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive pa,yment in fu11 with interest on sueh assess- ments beginning with the year 1959 through 1962 inclusive, which prin.cipal and interest amounts to tne sum of a108.72. Section 3: That the Clerk is he-reby directed to forwaxd an attested copy of this ordinance to the Auditor of Guya.hoga County, Ohio. Section 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measu.re necessa,ry for the pres?:rvation of' the public pe??ce and welfare of the City of ilorth Ol.msted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity to make arrangements for the immediate cancellation of special assessments on Permaazent Parcel TTo. 236-3-26 levied for the improvernent of Fleharty Road in the City of North Olmsted, by constructing therein a water rnain, which specia.l assessLqents together with interest thereon for the year 1959 an.d continuing thraugh the year 1962 inclusive have been -oaid in full.
