<br />Corporation Su'adivision ldo. 5, being the most westerly portion of said subdivision's
<br />premises lying westerly of Claque Road and Irnoitim. as Ambour Drive Proposed, and
<br />?otiL+.,t~E1'iS, heretofore the City has a=.proved for filing for record purposes only
<br />said developer's subdivisions i~do. 1, 2, 3 and 4, and at the time of approving for filing
<br />for record purposes only of said developer's proposed subdivision No. 5, it was determined
<br />that said plats for subdivisions Tdo. 1, 2 and 3 for proposed Ambour Drive included temporary
<br />cul-de-sacs at the westerly terminus at each of said subdivisions which extended beyond.
<br />the 60 foot right-of-way for Ambour Drive required unc.er the ordinances, and
<br />i,rH]1:~,EAS, it has been detex~nined necessary by the developer anal others that
<br />portions of the cul-de-sacs as indicated at the westerly terminus of Uhio Shores Construc-
<br />tion Corporation's subdivisions Tdo. 1, 2 and 3 in excess of 60 feet are to be abandoned,

<br />Olmsted adopting the necessary legislation abandoning that portion of the cul-de-sacs
<br />at the points heretofore referred to in excess of 60 feet in width, and that portion beinv~
<br />abandoned to revert to the abutting o~.rners to the end that Ambour Drive ~~ri.ll be a 60 foot
<br />road westerly from Claque Road to it~~ ~•resterly terminus,

<br />shozrn thereon exceeds 60 feet iri t~ridth, that that portion in excess of 60 feet at the
