Summerville have paid assessments, together frith accrued interest thereon, and other charges levied against Permanent Parcel ~`~232-31-tF an Canterbury Road far said improvements, NOi~r, THE1~F'Ox'~, BE TT ~;~y-JAI~T"•~'I3 by the Council of the City of North Olm,~teca., State of Ohio: Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby ~~uthor- ized and directed to cancel all future assessments beginning 5~ri.th the year 1g5g through the year 1863 inclusive, ~•rhich have been certified and levied a.gr.;.inst said Permanent Parcel rdo. 232-31-tF for the improvement of Canterbury Road by constructir_ therein water main 7t1. Section 2: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby author- ized and directed to cancel all future assessments on Permanent Parcel i~do. 232-31-4- beginning with the year 1959 end continuing through the year 1964 inclusive, which have been certified and levied thereon for the improvement of Canterbury Road by constructing therein storm se;aer 7~`l. Section 3: That the Treasurer of the City of idorth Glmsted is hereby author- ized and directed to receive payment in full with interest from E. J. ~tind Joseph A. Summerville for Permanent Parcel Tdo. 232-31-4 on the assessment for water main ~,tl beginning ti~.th the year 1859 through 1g63 inclusive, which ~~°incipal and interest, plus Auditor's charge, amounts to ~~271.00, and to receive the assessments beginning tirith the year 1859 through 1964 inclusive, against said permanent parcel number far the improvement of Canterbury Road by the installation of storm sewer ~1, .•rhich principal and interest for said assessment and Auditor's charge amounts to X458.56, making a total of principal and interest on said permanent parcel number for such assessments, together ,,~.th the County Auditor's charges, of .;729.56. Section 4: That the Clerk is hereby directed to forcr~~.rd an attested copy of this ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
