'ti°IriERF,,AS, tiniest Park Home Builders Company, Inc., the developer of Glest Park Homes, has heretofore determined it to be desirable to culvert the ditch at the northerly end of said subdivision along Brookpaxk Extension westerly from West Park Drive, and in so culverting said ditch propose to cleanand lower the ditch to more adequately handle drainage in said area, and ',v'Tff~.EAS, said proposed plans have been examined and ar~proved by the City Engineer as being acceptable, ISOi°l, ~°' ~'I~'OFil;, BL I`i' i~SOLV'LD by the Council of the City of TJorth Olmstecz, State of Ohio: Section 1: The plans of West Pa:.rk Home 3uilders Company, Inc. to culvert the ditch at the northerly end of its property westerly from t~iest Park Drive approxi- mately 454 feet are hereby approved. Section 2: The plans of Wiest Park Home Builders Company, Inc. for the cleaning and lowering of the ditch westerly j'rom the proposed culverting of said ditch a distance of 2400 feet from ~•Test Park D-~~ive are hereby approved. Section 3: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and T~rel-~'<zre of the City of Tdorth Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of making; more adecauate drainage from the development of :•lest Park Home Builders Company, Inc. Section 4: 'Therefore, this resolution shall take immediate effect from anti after its passa•ge~ otherwise, at the earliest; period allowed 'ay law.
