BARNOVP- <br />CtED~AR POINT SITBDIV'SION, OF LORAIN ROAD ESTITSS <br />SUBDIVISI©N', A~ LEROY HARRIS=LS BERN DRIVE SUBDIVISION <br />AND DECLARING AN URGENCY. <br />SEAS, by virtue of Ordinance No. 2761, the plat of G. ~,. Barnaw- <br />Cedar Foint Subdivision has been accepted for dedicate®n, and by virtue of <br />Ordinance No. 2760 the plat of Leroy Harris-Le Bern Drive Subdivision has been <br />accepted for dedication, and by virtue of Ordinance Bio. 27b9 the plat of <br />Lorain Road Sstates~Subdivision has 'been accepted for dedication, <br />NO~f, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State sf Ohio: <br />Section Is That the performance bond of G. A. Barnoer-Cedar Point <br />Subdivision heretofore deposited for the guarantee of the completion of the <br />improvements to be installed in said subdivision i.n accordance wl.th the <br />ordinances oP the City of forth Olmsted having been completed and said sub- <br />division having been accepted for dedication, the said bond of said developer <br />is hereby ordered released. <br />Section 2s That the performance bond of Leroy Harris-Le Barn Drive <br />Subdivision heretofore deposited for the guarantee of the installation of the <br />improvements to be installed in said subdivision in accordance with the <br />ordinances of the City of North Olmsted having been completed and said sub- <br />division having been accepted for dedication, the said bond of said developer <br />is hereby ordered released. <br />Section 3s That the performance bond of Lorain Road Estates <br />Subdivision heretofore deposited for the guarantee of the installation of <br />the improvements to be installed in said subdivision in accordance with the <br />ordinances of the City of North Olmsted having been completed and said sub- <br />division having bean accepted for dedication, the said bond of said developer <br />is hereby ordered released, <br />Section 4s That this resolution is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such <br />emergency exists by virtue of the acceptance for dedication of the plats <br />of G. ~.
