CITY OF NORTH OUSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 27l~9 <br />Sy: Mr, Hinson <br />AN ORDIAtANCE AUTHf~tIZIAiG AND DIRECTIAiG THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPE/IAL ASSESSME4TTS ON PFRMAI~IENT PARCEL N0. 235-10-2 <br />ON M~cKENZIE ROAD WATER MAIN ~2, IN THE C rfY OF NORTH <br />OI~iSTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS heretofore special assessments have been certified by the Auditor <br />of the City of North 03.asted~ tlhio~ to the Auditor of Cv~yahcga County for the <br />improvement of MaKem~ie Road ixs the City of North 0lmsted~ by c®nstructiteg <br />therein a water main #2, and <br />Wt~REAS~ Richard 0. Gibbs has paid said assessm®nts together with accrued <br />interest thereon levied against Permanent Parcel No. 235-1A-2 an McKenzie <br />Road Water Main ,~2 in the City of North O7.testedi Ohio. <br />NOiW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Couxicil of the City of North Olmsted <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section That the Auditor of Cuyahoga Comaty be and he is hereby <br />authorise an directed to cancel all future assessm®nts beginning with the <br />year 1959 and continuing through the y®ar 1961 3.nclnsive, which have been <br />certified and levied on Permaxa~nt Parcel No. 235-10-2 on Sublot No. 1 McKenzie <br />Road 3.n the City of Horth Olasted~ Ohio which assessments have been certified <br />and levied for the i~rovement of McKenzie Road by constructing therein a <br />water main knoy~rn as water Hain #2. <br />Section 2. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, is hereby <br />authorised and directed to receive payment in full with inter®st on such <br />assessments begirnin~o with the Year 1959 through 1961 inclusive ~ioh <br />principal and 3x~terest amounts to the stm of X139.06. <br />Section That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested <br />copy of s Qrdinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County Ohio. <br />Section ~..
