R. Sheraesky have paid said assessments together <br />with aacraed interest thereon, levied against Persaaeat Parcel No. 231-9-5 oa <br />Alexander Road i.a the City of North Olmsted, trio. <br />NOW, THEE'tEFOH,E~ BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmst~, <br />State of Ohios <br />Ssctioa 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga Co~mty be aad hs is Y~ereby <br />author. ,~aac`~ directed to ceacel all future assessments begi n~i ag with the <br />year 1959 and continuing through the year 1962 inclusive, which have base <br />certified and levied on Permanent Parcel No. 231-9-5 oa Alezandar Road is <br />the City of North Olmated~ Ohi®, which assessments have been certified and <br />levied for the improvement of Al:exaader Road by constructing therein a water <br />wain. <br />Ssctioa 2. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, is hereby <br />autho sr~`~and directed to receive payasnt in full with interest ®a each <br />assessments beginning with the Year 1959 through 1962 inclusive, which <br />principal and interest amounts to the sum of X176.88. <br />Section That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward as attested <br />copy of th s di~iance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga ~ouaty~ Ohio. <br />Section ~.
