<br />ENACTED. JUNE 26, 1950, ANT) DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />Z~1D~REA.S, the Council of the City of North Olmsted has hereto adopted Ordinance
<br />No. 2645 enacted March 4, 1958, providing for the adoption of the Regional Dwelling House
<br />Code prepared by the Regional Planning Commissi®n of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio,
<br />as the Building Code of said city, and
<br />WH~:REAS, Section 1505.10 provides for the issuance of permits by the Building
<br />Administrator in accordance with a permit fee schedule provided by ordinances of this
<br />city, and
<br />, by virtue of said ordinance, Ordinance No. 826 enacted June 26, 1950,
<br />set up a minimum fee schedule amending Section 216 of Ordinance, No. 122 enacted the lst
<br />day of September, 1925, and by which Ordinance No. 826 repealed original Sections 216,
<br />292 and 302 of Ordinance No. 122, it is hereby determined necessary to re-establish a
<br />permanent fee schedule by which the Building Administrator may properly charge for all
<br />permits relating to construction iri the City of North Olmsted and to cover costs of
<br />i.hspection of the construction, alteration or modification of all structures within
<br />said city,

<br />County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohios
<br />Section is That Section 216 of Ordinance No. 826 enacted on June 26, 1950
<br />is hereby amended to read as followss
