Code) <br />NOTE:-Before the adoption of this final resolution the fiscal officer must make and seal and file with the legislative authority his <br />certificate of funds in strict compliance with Chapter 5521 and 6ection 5705.41 O. R. C. The fiscal officer should record his <br />certificate of funds in the legislative authority's journal. <br />1Kr•----1~aeDnnald----------------------------______moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br />WHEREAS, At a meeting of the legislative authority of___ ~o?'t~ _~lmsted __________________ <br />- - --~ <br />Ohio, held in the office of said legislative authority, on this_???a_____day of__September_______ <br />19~~, a quorum being present, the improvement of State Route No. 10, <br />under the provisions of Chapter 5521, Ohio Revised Code, came on for further consideration; said portion <br />of highway, as described in the legislation proposing cooperation with the State Highway Director of <br />Ohio, enacted on the____~~~___________________ <br />day of __-- Ju_l~ _______________-____-, 191_, being as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the Lorain County Line and the West Corporation Line <br />of the City of Worth Olmsted and extending to the East Corporation <br />Line of the City of North Olmsted and the West Corporation Line <br />of the City of Fairview Park. Being in all a distance of apprc~i- <br />mately 5.987 miles. <br />and <br />WHEREAS, In said legislation proposing cooperation, said legislative authority proposed to cooper- <br />ate with the State Highway Director of Ohio in the improvement of the above described highway by <br />ass~ing the payment of and contributing an amount of money which is to be applied <br />toward the total. cost of said improvement, which amount is determined by and equal <br />to the following; <br />(1) One hundred percent (10(~+) of the cost of the utility rearrangements, and <br />(2) Tirelve and eight-tenths percent (12.~~~ of the remaining csms~ts. (less the <br />amount contributed by Cuyahoga County, which amount is to'be 5 sf the <br />City's 12.8~r participation in the above mentioned remaining costs), <br />Said percentages shall include their respective casts of engineering, contingencies <br />and incidental expenses. The Director of Highways notwithstanding the percentage basis <br />of contribution may allocate the money contributed in whatever manner he may deem necessary <br />in financing the cost of construction, right-of-way, engineering and incidental expenses. <br />Said amount, (less the County's contribution) is new estfimated to be Thirty Eight Thousand <br />Eight Hundred Finety Five -------00100 Dollars 038,895.00), but said amount is to be <br />adjusted in order that the City's ultimate share of the cost of said improvement shall <br />correspond with said percentages of actual cost, (less the County's contribution) when <br />said actual costs are determined. <br />Cuyahoga County has agreed to pay fifty percent (5086) of City of North Olmated's share, <br />(exclusive of the utility rearrangement costs). <br />and. <br />
