Code) NOTE:-Before the adoption of this final resolution the fiscal officer must make and seal and file with the legislative authority his certificate of funds in strict compliance with Chapter 5521 and 6ection 5705.41 O. R. C. The fiscal officer should record his certificate of funds in the legislative authority's journal. 1Kr•----1~aeDnnald----------------------------______moved the adoption of the following resolution: WHEREAS, At a meeting of the legislative authority of___ ~o?'t~ _~lmsted __________________ - - --~ Ohio, held in the office of said legislative authority, on this_???a_____day of__September_______ 19~~, a quorum being present, the improvement of State Route No. 10, under the provisions of Chapter 5521, Ohio Revised Code, came on for further consideration; said portion of highway, as described in the legislation proposing cooperation with the State Highway Director of Ohio, enacted on the____~~~___________________ day of __-- Ju_l~ _______________-____-, 191_, being as follows: Beginning at the Lorain County Line and the West Corporation Line of the City of Worth Olmsted and extending to the East Corporation Line of the City of North Olmsted and the West Corporation Line of the City of Fairview Park. Being in all a distance of apprc~i- mately 5.987 miles. and WHEREAS, In said legislation proposing cooperation, said legislative authority proposed to cooper- ate with the State Highway Director of Ohio in the improvement of the above described highway by ass~ing the payment of and contributing an amount of money which is to be applied toward the total. cost of said improvement, which amount is determined by and equal to the following; (1) One hundred percent (10(~+) of the cost of the utility rearrangements, and (2) Tirelve and eight-tenths percent (12.~~~ of the remaining csms~ts. (less the amount contributed by Cuyahoga County, which amount is to'be 5 sf the City's 12.8~r participation in the above mentioned remaining costs), Said percentages shall include their respective casts of engineering, contingencies and incidental expenses. The Director of Highways notwithstanding the percentage basis of contribution may allocate the money contributed in whatever manner he may deem necessary in financing the cost of construction, right-of-way, engineering and incidental expenses. Said amount, (less the County's contribution) is new estfimated to be Thirty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Finety Five -------00100 Dollars 038,895.00), but said amount is to be adjusted in order that the City's ultimate share of the cost of said improvement shall correspond with said percentages of actual cost, (less the County's contribution) when said actual costs are determined. Cuyahoga County has agreed to pay fifty percent (5086) of City of North Olmated's share, (exclusive of the utility rearrangement costs). and.
