CITY of NORTx OLMSTED <br />Ordinance No. 2738 <br />By Mr . ~~ 'Q <br />AN ORDINANCE REFEA.LING ORDINANCE NO. 2725 ENACTED JULY 15~ 1958 <br />BEING AN ORDINANCE F80VTDI3~G FOR THE ELIMINATIOM OF CERTAIN STREETS <br />FROM THE FROPOSED SANITARY SEWER_P UFON THE RF.COM~iDATT08 OF <br />FLOYD G, BROWNS & ASSOCIATES, AND DECI,ARgTG AN EMERGENCY. <br />Whereas, it has been determined by Council that in the sewer program, <br />being for the benefit of the entire community, there should be no legislation <br />specifically providing for the elimination of certain streets within said city <br />from the benefit of said program, and <br />Whereas, Cortuicil must approve the plans for the installation of sewers, <br />it is determined that sufficient protection exists for the control of said sewers, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT O1~.DAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1s That Ordinance No. 2725 enacted July 15, 1958 be and the same <br />is hereby xepealed. <br />Section 2r Wherefore, this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and <br />general welfare of the City of North Olmsted and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of affording sanitary sewer facilities for all streets within said <br />city as designated by council to be so improved. <br />Section 3: Wherefores this ordinance shall take immediate effect from and <br />after its passages otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Passeds ~ + // 9,"~ <br />ATTEST: <br />,• <br />~,;.~,- <br />E.
