<br />the Ordinances eP the City eP 8vath 4lmstsd, namely, the installatima. of the under-
<br />grevnd imFsrovoments, including the water line and the storm steer line, pav~aont
<br />with curbing and sidewalks, all to be in accordance with the Ordinanooa of the Gity
<br />sf Nsrth Olmsted, and the specifications for the installation of which shall meet
<br />those as established by the Ordinances and &esolutiens of the City of North Olmsted,

<br />WAS, it has been repmrted to Council that the plat insets with the
<br />approval of the Planning Gaoseission~ and upon inspectiar~. by Council, meets: the
<br />requirements of the Ordinances of thi: City, and

<br />of tae City of North Olmr-ted, and
<br />S, said Council approves far recording purposes only, the acceptance
<br />of said proposed plat.
<br />IOW, TH~EFORE, BE IT BSSOLFED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted,
<br />Mate of Ohio,
<br />Seotioat 1. The proposed plat of Olmsted Colony inc. be accepted for
<br />reoording purposes only up®n. the deposit with the City of a ce-mpletien bond in the
<br />face amount of 8~svem¢ty Eight Thousand Six $undred and Thirty Dollars {~78,63O.OOj
<br />in fav®r of the City to cover the necessary installation of improvements in the
<br />proposed streets in said plat in a~scordance with the Ordi.na~es and 8esolutions of
<br />thi: City,
<br />Section ~. The i~rovement plans together with the specifications for
<br />the instalTa"~~'~said improvements is hereby approved by the Council, end it has
<br />been determined i,n acceardanoe with the recrosrsendation cf the City ]Cegisueer that e
<br />bond in the amouxrt of Seventy Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty Dollars
<br />{~78,630.00~ in Paver of the City, will insure the installation of said improve~aents,
<br />namely, the installation of the water line, the sterna sewer line,.pav~ement with curbs,
<br />and sidewalks, in accordance with the specifications and requirements flf the
<br />Ek~dinances and 8esm~-utioxis of the Gity of North Olmsted.
<br />Section 3• That upon depositing with the Gity of North Olmsted a bond
<br />im favor o~`'iai~y in the amount of Seventy Eight Thousand Six Huaedrsd and Thirty
<br />Dollars 078,.,630.00), Olmsted Colony Inc. will hereinafter bs authen•ised to proceed
<br />to install the improvements in the streets proposed in the plat of Olmsted Colony Inns.
<br />namely, Holly Drive and Cyprus Drive, in accordance with the specifications and under
<br />the Ordinanoea of the City of Noth 8lmsted.
<br />Section 4. A'herefore, this 8esolutian is hereby declared to be an
<br />emergency measure sse-cessary for the imnodiate preservation of the public health, peace
<br />safety and welfare of the City of North Olsssted, and such emergency exists by virtue
<br />of the immediate neoessity of permitting a developer, Olmsted Colony Inc., tc preaaod
<br />with the rn~e-rground improvements in the proposed streets ke~enrn as Holly Drive and
<br />Cyprus Drive while woo-ther perm3.ts the nest favmrabl~ installation of the ,necessary
<br />improvomesets for the development of this sub-division., all fc~ the benefit and
<br />preservation of the public health, peace,. safety and ws7.t'are of the City of North
<br />Olmsted.
