RSAS, heretofore special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, for the impreve~rnt of Bradley Read in the City of North Olmsted, by constructing therein a water main (~lj, and Tl~RSAS, L. A. ??abrio and Jean Fabric have paid ssid assessments together with the accrued interest thereon, levied against Permanent Parcel No. 233-4-16 on Bradley Road in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, NO~kT, THBREFORB, BR IT ORDAII~BD by the Coun~acil of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio s Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby authorized a~3`rocted to cancel ell fut~e assessz~nts beginning with the year 1959 acid continuing thrcugh the year 1966, inclusive, which have been certified and levied on Permanent Parcel No. 233-4-16 on Bradley Road in the City of Nr~rth Olmsted, Ohio, which assessments have been certified and levied for the improvement of Bradley Road by conetructixig therein a water main (~lj, Section 2. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby authorize an rscted to receive payment in full, with interest on such assessmsnta beginning with the year 1959 through 1966 inclusive, which principal and interest amounts to the sum of Fivae Hundred and Sixty Faun Follars {~564..00)t on said Permanent Parcel N®. 233-4-16 on Bradley Road fear the improvement of said Bradley Road by constructing therein a water main, l~vwn as mater Main dal, Section 3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested copy of this Ordinance~o the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, C~ifo. Section 4. 11~RSFORI~, this Ordimaace is hereby declares to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and, such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity to make arrangeme~rts for the immediate cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 233-4-16 levied for the improvement of Bradley Road in the City of North Olmsted, by constructing therein a water main (~1j, which special assessments together with interest thereon for the year 1959 and continuing through the year 1966 inclusive, have been paid in full.
