WHEREAS, the Director of Highways is considering improving a portion of the public high- way which is described as #ollows: (Location and general nature of work) ~~: '~~"~ The improvement of S. CtJY.10=(fl.+)(~-x.95), the Cleveland-Oberlin Load, i.notm locally as Lorain F~oad, by removing the existing asphaltic concrete where necessary, removing existing brick on the approach to traffic lights, and replace with asphaltic concrete. City North Olmsted NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the of____.________________, Ohio: SECTION I (Consent) City That it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent of said a be and such con- sent is hereby given to the Director of Highways to construct the above described improvement, in accordance with plans, specifications and estimates as prepared by said Director. SECTION II (Cooperation) City That said , hereby proposes to cooperate with the State of Ohio, in the cost of the above described improvement, by assuming and contributing 'twelve and eight-tenths (i2.€;°!o) percent of the cost of construction, plus one hundred percent (lOQ%) of the cost of all. x~aterial and labor necessary to re-arrange and adjust to the new grate, al.l water mains, service lines, fire hydrants, valbe boxes, sanitary sewers or other municipally- ocaned utilities and/or appurtenances thereto necessary to conform to said improvement. inclusive of the cost of engineering, contingencies and other incidental expenses.
