That Resolution No. 2696, enacted Hay 28, 1}58, entitled, A RES~CLARING T~ AMt~JNT QF TAXS-4 THAT MAY B$ RAISED BY LEVY AT THE MAXIl~tlr1 RATE AT7THf~EtIZSD BY LAW, WITHOtTr A VOTE 17~ ELI~TtR3, TO BE INS1lF`FICTSNT AND DECLARII~ THE WHGESSI'i'Y QF A LEVY TAT EXC&SS OF SUCH RATE, be and the name ie, hereby repealed. Section 2. That the aaouat of tales that ~'be raised by the levy of taaea a`t~ie4maxisa:a rate, authorised by Section 571)5.02 of the Revised C®de, on a triable property in said City, will. be insufficient to provide an a~c~wate axount for the necessary requ3rementa of said City and that it 3.s neEtesaary for the purpose of providing aalditienal funds for current eapsnsea of the City of North Olmsted, that ta~aea be levied on the taxpayer 3.n said City for the period of two years at a rate in excess of such rate authorised by said Section 5705.02 of the Revised Code of the State of Chin. Section 3, That it is necessary to levy taues for the years 1959 and 1960 tax yearns 195$ and 1959) at the rate for each year of three mills on each one Dollar of the tag valuation of the taxable property w3.thin the City of Wcrth Olmsted, which amounts to thirty cents (30~) for sash one hundred dollars (~llOC).00) of valuation in e~eas of the rats authori.ssd by said Section 5705.02 of the Revised Code of Ohio, and which levy is a renexsl of the present levy. Section fit: That the Clerk be, and he is, hereby directed to certify a copy o-e e`solutioa to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County, Chin, pursuant to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.25, in order that the said Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County may make the necessary arrangeaunts for the submission of such questsoa to the Electors of this .City at the Geaaueral Election to be held Tuesday, Wovember !~, 1958, Such Board shall make the necessary arrangements for the submission of such question to the City of Worth Olaated and the e]eetion shall be conducted, caressed and certified in the same manner as regular elections in said City for the elsation of county officers, as provided by Secti®n 5705.191 and 5705.25 of the Revised Coda of State of Ohio and, as otherwise provi~cied by {~ law, all of xhich the said Board of Elections of ~rahoga County are hereby '~ respectfully directed to do. Section 5.
