S, the City of North Olmsted in accordance with Qrdiaancs No. 2671 .R~~,., passed ~,pril 1, 1958, anc~ J~graesrexzt dated April 9, 1958, dic~' authorize the Consulting Engineers, Floyd G. Braga and Associates of Mex~ion, Ohio to perform engineering services in connection with the Sanitary Sewerage Improveme~rt Program as shown and tabulated on Plat 8 and described in Engineers Report dated September 4, 1957, and SEAS, the City of North Olmsted nom deems it necessary and desirable to enlarge the sewerage projects and to engage the Engineers to perform additional engineering services. To amend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2571 and Sections 1 to 4 inclusive o~ reemant dated lpril 9, 1958, authariaing Floyd O. Br+swwns and Associates, Registered Professional Engineers to design and prepare detailed plans, specifications, quantity and cost estimates fart (a) Sanitary sewers, lift station and force mains proposed for immediate construction as show and tabulated on Plat No. 4 described in the Engineer's Report dated September 4, 195?, having an estimated project cost of $6,655,900.00. (b} Activated sludge type sewerage treatment works having a normal treatment Qapacity of 3 NGD as described in Engineer's Report, Pages 15 to 22 inclusive, to be lcacsated onsite as described in legal description dated March 1958, and at appro~ti~aate location ahawn on Plat No. 7 having an estimated project cost of $1,~8O,100.00. Section 2. To amend Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2671 and Section 6 of the Agrees~e'a''EcTApril 9, 1958 to add the following schedule of fees a Cost of Construction Detailed Plans and General Total Specifications Supervision Fee ~ 5s~s~© " ~l0,000,004 3.65 1.85,E 5.5~ Section 3. That all other sections of the Ordinance No. 2671 and Agreement i'~a~e~ pr.1 9, 1958 shall remain unchanged. Section 4. Sherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, peace, safety and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of immediately making plans to enlarge the scope of the sewerage system ~ encompa-ss the entire City as indicated on Plat No. 4 of the Report of Floyd G. Browne and Associates of Marion, Ohio, Consulting Engineers, and to permit the entering into a supplemental agf'eemeat to conform with the revised program adopted by the Council of the City of North Olmsted for sewerage treatment.
