TniFi'~.EAS, Council presently contemplates the construction of a municipal sanitary sewerage system including sewaJe treatment plant, force mains' pump stations, main and intercepter sewers and collecting sewers having a presently estimated total cost (exclusive of-costs heretofore provided for for the planning and engineering thereof) of 7,930300 which the City proposes to fi;k~nce by the issuance of mortgage revenue bonds in the amount of ~i,697,t~50 and voted bonds for City and property ownerst portion costs of :~6,232,~50 and upon advice of the City Solicitor has determined it to be advisable to obtain the services of special bond counsel to assist ixi the proceedings necessary thereto; P;0?~T, 'lj-i~.EFORE, $E IT ORDAIN~FD BY THE COUNCIL OF ''HL CI`T'Y C.c^ NOR`i';3 OI,I~ZST'.~D, OHIF~: Section 1. That the City Solicitor be and he is hereby authori~.ed to employ the law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey of Cleveland, Ohio municipal bond attorneys, to assist in the preparation of the proceedings requisite for such financing, such services to consist specifically of the fol.l.owing: (a) as to such mortga~ revenue bonds the preparation and supervision of the proceedings for the establishment of rates, authorization of mortgage bonds, preparation of the mortgage indenture, exama.natz.on (but not preparation) of appropriate documents of title to the property to be mortgaged, and thz furnishing of an approving bond opinion; (b) as to such proposed voted bolzds, the preparation and supervision o.~" the proceedings requisite for the submission of the issue to the electors, vrith later further service to be determined upon if such election is successful.. Section 2. ~l'izat for the aforesaid services the foLtoTring fees shall be paid by the City, namely, a fee now estimated at ~~2,700 for the services to be rendered with respect to such mortgage revenue bonds, and a fee now estimated at X500 for services with respect 'to ~cl~e election proceedings on the proposed voted bonds, together in each case with arty out-of pocket expenses of said attorneys incurred in connection theretirith; and said fees and expenses shall be paid respectively from the proceeds of the respective issues, or if in either case bonds or notes are not issued, -hen from the revenues of the sewerage system or other funds of the City. Section 3.
