CITY OF NORTH OLT~lSTED <br />RESOLUTION I~?0. <br />Introduced b~ ~~ ~~~a <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE AND <br />FILE TENTATIVE ASSESSI~7ENTS FOR THE IMF`ROVF~TENT OF <br />GESSN~R ROAD FRC~+I TrTALTER ROAD TO COLUMBIA ROAD BY <br />CONSTRUCTING THEREIN A FIVE FOOT CONCRETE PUBLIC <br />SIDE'u~TALK OIV BCn`H SIDES TH~tEOF. <br />BE TT RESOLVID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Nt~TH OLMSTED, STATE OF <br />;~~ <br />~~:~ <br />CHIO: <br />Section 1: That the Ens~ineer be and he is hereby directed to prepare <br />and file tentative assessments for the improvement of Lessner Road from <br />?falter Road to Columbia Road by constructing therein a five foot concrete <br />public sidewalk on both sides thereof which assessment is to be by the <br />front foot of all lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the proposed <br />improvement which lots and lands have heretofore been determined to be <br />specifically benefited by said improvement, <br />Section 2: 1rJherefore~ this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public healthy safety <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 3: wherefores `Phis =resolution shall tale imriediate effect frorr~ <br />and after its passages otherwise at the earliest period allowed by l.aw, <br />PASSED: 3 ~t~ <br />ATTEST : -- ~-~` <br />E.
