CITY OF NORTH OLMaTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2699 <br />By Mr. ~~%L~-c ~SZy~-al-.~C <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING COMP~ISATIO~' OF DOUGLAS RAE, SEtdER <br />INSPECTOR, AT THE RATE OF $2.25 PER HOUR AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY . <br />WHETi~',AS, it has been determined that no provisions have been made in <br />previous legislation for payment of compensation to a Sewer Inspector for <br />inspecting sewers installed by private developers on private property which <br />later will become a paxt of the sewer system of the City of North Olmsted, and <br />WHI~EAS, it is specificly necessary to immediately provide for com- <br />pensation fcr an inspector of sewers for the sewer being installed in the premises <br />of the shopping center under constnaction in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />WHERF.,AS, Douglas Rae is a member of the Service Department with previous <br />experience qualifying him for the position of inspector of said aanitary sewer, <br />NOW, THEREF(}RE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section is That Douglas Rae be and he is hereby appointed Sewer Inspector <br />for the installation of the sanitary sewer being installed in the shopping center <br />which ultimately will become a part of the sanitary sewer system of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and that as such inspector he be compensated at the rate of $2.25 <br />per hour . <br />Section 2s That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and. welfare <br />of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the immediate <br />necessity of providing proper inspection for the sanitary sewer installation being <br />installed in the shopping center under constraetian in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Passed: May 2jd, 1958 <br />ATTESTa <br />~7~~ .~ <br />E.
