CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2 (Q J `~J }~ <br />By Mr . ~"/yd-Ci~2.. <br />R:~OLUTIf?N AUTHORIZING PATRICK A. GAt~EAU TO ACT AS ASSISTANT SOLICITOR, <br />EFFECTIVE MARCH 15, 1y58, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />~~ + , Patrick A. Gareau has heretofore been designated as an assistant <br />to the Solicitor to act as prosecuting attorney of the Police Court, which designation <br />as an appointment was hereto approved by Ordinance No. 2647, <br />NUW, THEREFORE, BE IT RLSOLV~D by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the term of office of Patrick A. Gareau as Assistant Solicitor <br />to act as prosecuting attorney of the Police Court of the City of North Olmsted shall <br />be effective as of Larch 15, 1958• <br />Section 2: Wherefore, this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency e~:ists by virtue of the <br />necessity of designating the effective date of the term of office of said assistant <br />to the Solicitor. <br />Section 3: Wherefore, this resolution shall take effect immediately from <br />and. after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : !~'1~.~n.r .n ~_, l ~, / °~ ~ ~~ <br />ATTESTS <br />. ~- <br />CLERK P CO -~ <br />f~ ~ .~_...._ <br />SID OF ODNCIL <br />APPROV-r;D s <br />YOR <br />
