CITY OF NC~tTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~~~ <br />BY:~c.~ <br />,:~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIG SERVICE <br />AS THE OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OZMSTED,AUTHO~tIZED <br />TO ~CUrE ANY AND ALZ CONTRACTS AND DOCUMENTS AS MAY BE <br />REQUIRED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CITY OF Nf~TH OLMSTED <br />SEWAGE TREATI~NT PLANT IMPROVEMENT, AND DECLARING AN <br />EA~'.RGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAIIv~ED BY THL COUNCIL of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service is hereby authorized <br />and directed to be the public official of the City of North Olmsted authorized <br />to execute any and all contracts and documents required in the construction of <br />the City of North Olmsted Sewage Treatment Plant Improvement. <br />Section 2: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health, safety and general welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such <br />emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of designating an Official <br />authorized to elute contracts and. documents r®quired i.n the construction <br />of the City of North Olmsted Sewage Treatment Plant Improvement, which <br />desgnat®d Official must now be established to permit the execution of <br />existing contracts and documents required immediately to expedite the <br />construction of the improvement described in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3: TrJHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take immediate effect <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />PASSED : U~,~~ j~ / } ~ ~' <br />ATTEST: <br />''AG'7^~ <br />OF CO <br />APPROVED: <br />~.. <br />~;,. ~ / <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> <br /> OF <br /> <br />
