(1 g' BY~~~y1~-;7i } AN CEi.DINANCE AUTHf~R.IZING AND DTRECTIATG THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESS ON PERMAt~ PARCEL #232-19-13 ON DOV;EB RQAD WATER MAIN #2; PEEtMAAP.~'NT PARCEL #232-33-51 ON CAATP~tBURY ROAD WATER FAIN #l, AND FO~t CANTERBIIRY ROAD SEWER, ALL IN THE CITY OF NCRTH QLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, A. J. and M. J. Docy have paid assessments together with accrued interest thereon levied against Permanent Parcel #232-19-13 on Dov®r Road Water Main #2, and Socony Mobil 0i1 Co. has paid assessments together with accrued interest levied against Permanent Parcel #232-33-51 on Canterbury Road Water Fain #l, and for Canterbury Road Sewer all in the Qity of N©rth Qlmsted, Qhio. NOW, THIl~EFCRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOUNCIL of the City of North O7nsted, State of Ohio: Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby authorized and directed, to cancel all future assessments beginning with year 1953 through 1962 inclusive, which have been certified and levied on Permanent Farcel #232-19-13 on Dover Road in the City of North O]insted, Ohio, which assessments have been certified and levied for the improvem®nt of Dover Road by constructing therein a Water Main known as #2. Section 2: That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, is hereby authorized-and directed to receive payment in full with interest on such assessments beginning with the Year 1953 through 1962. inclusive, which principal and interest amounts to the sum of X235.55. Section 3: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is authorized and directed, to cancel all future assessments beg;nni~ with the Year 1953 through 1962 inclusive, which have been certified and ]e vied on Permanent Parcel #232-33-51 on Canterbury Road which assessments have been certified and levied for the improvement of Canterbury Road by constructing therein a Water Main known as #1, and for the sam® permanent parcel number all future assessments beginning with the Year 1955 through 196. inclusive, which have been certified and levied for the improvement of Canterbury Road by constructing therein a sewer. Section l,~: That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, is hereby authorised and directed to receive payment in full with interest on the Canter- bury Road Water Main #]. for Permanent Parcel #232-33-51, beginning with the Year 1953 through 1962 inclusive, which principal and interest amounts to the svm of X1,65.50, and on the same permanent parcel number for the assessment beginning with the Year 1955 through 1964 inclusive, which with principa]. and interest amounts to the sum of X792.66, which assessment is for the construction of a sewer in Canterbury Road. Section 5: That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County.
