<br />FOR SITE AND ACCESS Tp PROPOSED.
<br />SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT.
<br />WHEREAS, on the 17th day of December, 1957, the Council of the
<br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, a.do~ted Resolution No. 2606, declaring the
<br />necessity and intention of appropriating the fee simple interest in the
<br />two parcels of real estate hereinafter described, for a. site for a sewage
<br />treatment plant and access thereto and for n0 other purpose, provided
<br />however, that if the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, should cease to use
<br />said property for such purpose, said property is to revert back to the
<br />Board of Park Commissioners of the Cleveland Metropolitan Park District,
<br />its successors or assigns, and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the adoption of said resolution has been
<br />served on the owners, persons in possession and having an interest of
<br />record in said premises.

<br />OF NORTH OIMSTED, OHIO, TWO-ThIRDS OF ALL MEMBERS ELECTED- THERETO
<br />CONCURRING:
<br />Section 1. That the fee simple in and to the two parcels of
<br />real estate hereinafter described be and the same are hereby appropriated
<br />for the public purpose of providing a site for a sewage treatment plant
<br />and access thereto, and for no other purpose, provided however, that if
<br />the City of-North Olmsted, Ohio, should cease to use said property for
<br />such purpose, said property is to revert back to the Board of Parlc Com-
<br />missioners of the Cleveland Metropolitan Park District, its successors
<br />or assigns:
<br />Parcel No. 1. Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County
<br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Olm-
<br />sted Township Zot No. 3?, Tract 6 and bounded and described as follows:
<br />Beginning in the. center line of Mastick Road (60 feet wide)
<br />at its point of intersection with the Westerly line of Land conveyed
<br />to Label L. Adams by deed recorded in Volume 30$3, Page 29~. of Cuyahoga
<br />County Deed &ecords;
<br />Thence South 1° 531 21~n West 109.06 feet along said Westerly
<br />line of land so conveyed to Mabel L. Adams to the Northwesterly corner
<br />of land conveyed to The Cleveland Metropolitan Park Board by deed dated
<br />November 12, 1930 and recorded in Volume 10$9, Page 137 of Cuyahogaz
<br />County Deed Records;
<br />Thence South $$0 061 36n East 30$.23 feet along the Northerly
<br />line of land so conveyed to The Cleveland Metropolitan Park Board and
<br />Northerly lines of lands conveyed to The Cleveland Metropolitan Park
