<br />Thar Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2496, passed June ~., 1957,
<br />a amending_Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2214 entitled ttAn Ordinance Deter-
<br />,,,~~ mining Salaries, Wages and Bands o f Appointed Officials and Employees
<br />of the City of North Olmstedn which reads as follows:
<br />"Section 1. That beginning June 16, 195?, the salaries of
<br />members of..the~~ce Department are hereby :fixed and determined to be
<br />as follows ::
<br />Chief of Police X5,059.20 Annually
<br />Sergeants 5,411:2$
<br />Patrolmen for First year 4,593,36
<br />Patrolmen for Second year 4$05,52
<br />Patrolmen after Second year 5,1$1«$~.
<br />School Guards 1.50 per hour
<br />Auxiliary Police:: 1.50 per hour
<br />In addition to their regular salary, all regular members of
<br />the Police Department, including officers, shall during each calendar
<br />year receive a clat~ui.r~g allowance of X100.00, to be determined and dis-
<br />bursed by and with the approval of the Chief of Police".
