RESOLUTION No. ,? J~'9 ~ BY I+.~r,j~~a-t RESOLUTI01~ AUTHORIZING CONTRACT i~TITH GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY FO~i 195$. WHEREAS, the Ger~ral Health District of Cuyahoga County, Ohio has submitted a contract to the City of North Olmsted for the year 195$, which contract provides that health services will be provided said City ~,;, by the District Board of Health of Cuyahoga County, including medical, nursing, sanitary, laboratory and other health services provided by law, and WHEREAS, said contract provides that in return for such health services the City of North Olmsted shall pay the sum of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy One Dollars (4,$71.0 for the year 195$. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIDE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: That said contract be entered into by the City of North Olmsted with the General Health District of Cuyahoga County under the terms and conditions herein set forth. The Auditor of Cuyahoga County is hereby authorized and directed to place to the credit of the District Health Fund of Cuya- hoga County from the funds of the City of North Olmsted the sum of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy One Dollars 04,$71.00), and said Auditor is hereby authorized to deduct said sum ixi equal semi-annual installments of Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Five & 5O/100 Dollars 02,435.50) from the regular tax settlements to be made for said City for the year 195$• The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign said contract on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. This is an emergency measure necessary for the pub~.ic health, peace and safety and to provide immediate and needed health ser~rices for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio1 PASSED: Dec er 3 •.
