ORDINANCE N0. ,2 S~ 91 <br />BY: <br />Mr. / AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE <br />OF COPIES OF DOCUMENTS MADE BY THE <br />VERIFAY DUPLICATING MACI3TNE, SETTING <br />THE CHARGE TO BE MADE THEREFOR AND THE <br />DISPOSITION TO BE MADE OF THE PROCEEDS <br />RECEIVED THEREFROM. <br />WHEREAS, the members of the Police Department heretofore <br />purchased a Verifax Duplicating Machine with personal funds, and <br />WHEREAS, requests are received from time to time for copies <br />of accident reports and other items by insurance companies, attorneys <br />and others, and <br />WHEREAS, this Council deems it necessary to set a reasonable <br />charge to be made for such reports and other items and determine the <br />fund to which the proceeds of such services shall be deposited. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY C?F <br />NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Police Department be and, it is hereby <br />authorized to made duplicate copies of accident reports and other <br />proper police material for the use of insurance companies, attorneys <br />or other proper persons, a ~ shall charge the sum of One Dollar 01.00) <br />per reproduction for such service, the proceeds from the sale of such <br />service to be credited to the Police Pension Fund. <br />Section 2.
