TO PROCEED WITH THE PITRCHASE OF <br />REAL ESTATE F08 ENTRANCE TO FUTURE PLAY- <br />GROUND. <br />WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore authorized the purchase <br />0f ten scree (10) of real estate from Sheldar~ T. and Na.ncp Henry, <br />~.2b1 Dover Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, for future playground purposes, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to purchase land for an entrance to <br />said proposed playground. <br />N(~i, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />That the Safety-Service Director be and he is ~ reby authorized <br />and directed t0 proceed with the purchase of the following generally <br />described real estate in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio, to wit: <br />southerly <br />Proposed Sublet No. 1~. an ~3fC side of proposed <br />Sweetbrier Drive, being $0t x 214.95• <br />Grantor, Glenn-Ellis Corporation, 1b306 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood <br />Ohim is to furnish a ®od a d sufficient warranty deed to said areal, <br />in feeSim~le fee d y~earrl~?allwh~~~umbrances ~~~tpoayver, eacep~ taxes <br />and assess en~a +~r tie grant or w~. <br />Grantor shall else fur ish evidence of such title guarantee <br />same good in the City of North O~msted, Ohio.
